Drop Off Items w/ Associate
Provide your last name and order number to a store associate so they can receive your items.

Cobblers Direct to the Rescue!
Your items are shipped to our repair facility in Austin, Texas, where our expert cobblers will assess your items and contact you to discuss any additional repair needs and final pricing.

Return to Pick Up, Pay, and Go!
After repairs are complete, your items are shipped back to the same DSW store where you dropped them off. You'll be notified that they are ready for pickup and payment. Yes, it's that easy!
